Role: Online Tournament Marketing Designation: Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager - Online Tournaments Experience: 3 to 5
We are looking for Tournament Operation Specialist at an AM level for its Tournament team who will have the overall responsibility of planning, implementing & managing various campaigns to drive tournaments. Key Responsibilities: ● Competitor analysis both for Indian and International markets to identify new tournament trends & popular formats ● Driving profitability, user acquisition/retention/reactivation through tournaments ● Improve Customer Loyalty and stickiness through relevant and personalized promotions ● Optimize marketing spends through targeted promotions and improved conversions ● Drive user engagement through multiple channels like SMS, Email, Push Notifications, In-App, social ● Planning monthly tourney calendar with projections based on budget ● Timely create tournaments/satellites on the platform ● Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns & timely highlight any deviation ● Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs ● Ensure that the organization’s brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels. Requirement: ● Candidate should be well versed with analysis like cohort/churn/trend/segment etc. ● Understanding of customer lifecycle management is a plus ● Overall 3 to 5 years with complete understanding of Indian/International poker tournament ecosystem.Job tags
