Position : Python Developer (AI &ML)Experience : 3+ YearsLocation : Ahmedabad (WFO)Role Overview :As a Senior Python Developer, you will be instrumental in developing advanced AI, ML, and NLP solutions that solve complex problems and enhance our product offerings. You will work closely with data scientists and engineers to implement, optimize, and scale AI models including LLMs.Key Responsibilities :- 3+ years of experience in Python programming with a strong understanding of AI, ML, and NLP concepts.- Develop and maintain robust AI/ML/NLP pipelines and services.- Implement and fine-tune LLMs for various applications.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into our products.- Stay updated with the latest AI/ML/NLP trends and technologies to inform development strategies.- Proven track record of implementing and scaling machine learning and NLP models, with experience in LLMs being highly desirable.- Expertise in AI/ML/NLP frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Optimize algorithms for performance and scalability.- Provide mentorship to junior developers and contribute to best practices.
