: Rwanda, East-Africa. An international engineering firm is looking for highly skilled Design Managers. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited University. A minimum of 15 years post-graduate experience on airport projects is a must. 10 years of experience in Civil Engineering and Design, with a focus on large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably in the aviation sector. Lead the design team in developing comprehensive plans for all civil works and infrastructure components of the airport project, including runways, taxiways, aprons, terminals, and associated facilities. Manage the design process from concept development through to construction administration, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control. Leadership abilities to lead multinational teams on international projects. Must be proficient in the English language.Job tags
