We are hiring Bench Sales - US IT Recruitment @ Trichy, Tamil Nadu. Job Description Bachelors degree 1+ years Bench Sales experience Responsible for marketing IT Bench Consultants (H1B, GC, US Citizen & OPT) with Tier1 vendors. Understanding of positions, compensation, techniques and methodologies Experience in sourcing and hiring passive candidates Familiarity with the sales and technology markets and their ecosystem Experience partnering and influencing senior hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle Expert knowledge in direct sourcing and effective interviewing techniques Strong knowledge in full life cycle of H1B transfer and GC process. To get the requirement, working on Business development side with market research and Cold calling with Tier-1 Vendors of clients, Job portals and other Sourcing. Techniques Sourcing requirements in Job portals like Dice, Monster, Career builder, Net-Temps, LinkedIn, and Etc. Develop & Maintain new vendor contacts, build network relations across the IT industry using social networking sites such as LinkedIn. Location : Kattur, Trichy, Tamil Nadu ((No Remote - Only Work from Office from Day 1 onwards) Work days : Monday to Friday (5 days a week) Shift Timing : 6.30 PM to 4 AM IST Benefits : Best Pay, Incentives, food card, Medical Insurance, abroad vacation trip, onsite (US) opportunities.Job tags
