Job description
Strategy Development: Formulate and execute comprehensive social media
strategies to align with company goals, increase brand awareness, and
engage the target audience.
● Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content for various social
media platforms, ensuring it reflects the brand's voice and resonates with the
target audience.
● Platform Management: Oversee day-to-day management of all social media
platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and
others.
● Audience Engagement: Foster meaningful interactions with the audience
through timely responses, comments, and messages, maintaining a positive
and authentic online presence.
● Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media
performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous
improvement.
● Campaign Planning: Plan and execute social media campaigns, and
promotions to drive engagement, increase followership, and support
marketing initiatives.
● Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities,
and emerging social media tools and platforms to keep the brand at the
forefront of digital marketing.
● Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to
ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels.
● Community Building: Build and nurture online communities, fostering a
sense of belonging and loyalty among followers.
● Crisis Management: Be prepared to address and manage social media
crises effectively, maintaining the company's positive image.
Requirements:
● Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
● Solid understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging and shareable content.
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
