Role & responsibilities Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships. Monitor market trends for raw materials and supply chain management. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure supply meets demand. Adapt to changes in product requirements and supply chain disruptions. Qualifications Strong analytical skills to analyze large amounts of data for decision-making Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with vendors and a team of professionals Contract negotiation skills to strike deals beneficial to the company Knowledge of procurement processes and best practices to effectively manage purchases and inventory Ability to recruit and onboard new suppliers to support company growth Experience in the beauty and skincare industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fieldJob tags
