Job Requirement:
-- Proven experience as a US IT Recruiter, with a strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
-- Knowledge of US employment laws, regulations, and hiring practices.
-- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
-- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
-- Proficiency in using recruiting tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, DICE, Monster, Indeed, and applicant tracking systems.
