Job description
To file the cases under various laws i.e. (138 NI ACT, Arbitration , 406 & 420 of Cr.
P.C.). To conduct Lok Adalaths, Conciliation camps, Police Station visits. To appear,
defend and follow up for cases against company. Coordinate with ALM’s for cases
against company and legal recoveries. To address the notices against company. To
maintain MIS for cases against company. To provide proactive support to collection
team.
