Job Description:
Safety
• Responsibility of safety and risk assessment at customer site
• Interact with our site supervisors at the customer site to understand the effectiveness of Safety training.
• Educate customers & applicators on aspects of safety.
Anchor New VAP Product
• Anchor New product for 6 months in coordination with all stakeholders.
• Prepare the development plan for VAP development based on input from the Marketing head, National Product Manager and area quality.
• Direct the team at the plant including the Quality, Lab technicians, etc in development of the products.
Work with Sales Team
• Train Sales team on the products and their applications
• Visit customers with sales rep in order to coach them on understanding customer needs, demonstrate application of VAP to customer requirements and help them handle difficult situations.
• Analyze VAP sales statistics and challenge the sales team.
• Prepare product wise action plans for the Sales team for sales of VAP, Focus VAP
• Sale of Focus VAP (selected high margin products)
Marketing of VAP
• Visit Specifiers (Engineers, architects, consultant, developers, specification bodies)
• Identify VAP potential projects in coordination with Sales team.
• Tap into customer requirements to penetrate use of VAP.
• Implement promotional activities and events.
• Follow up with sales rep to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collect customer feedback.
• Insight to be captured as a part of Customer Discovery process.
Applicator Network
• Identify potential applicators for the different VAP products (specially Artiste)
• Create a network by convincing the applicators to join in
• Provide operational support to the applicators.
• Organize local applicator network meetings.
Operations
• Train plant Operations Team plant readiness (Including Batchers, Plant Managers)
• Train plant team for site readiness (Artiste)

• Promote VAP product in coordination with the National Product Manager
• Anchor new product for 3 months and post launch support.
• Meeting the customers along with sales team members & demonstrating VAP products & create the market for VAP.
• Meeting Specifiers & influencers to create awareness of VAP
• Train sales team on VAP products and its applications
• Develop applicator network.
• Arrange customer meetings (small, large scale, exhibitions)
• Key I/P for PMR

- Ensure all sales reps in the area are well trained on VAP.
- Strong relationship with Specifiers, project head and decision makers
