Salary: 30 K per month

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager - Architecture. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing various interior designing, construction projects, ensuring timely project delivery, coordinating with clients, consultants and contractors, supervising and training staff, managing project budgets and expenses, and maintaining project records and documentation. The Project Manager will be based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

Qualifications

• Good experience in Project Management in the architecture, interior, and construction industry is preferred
• Experience in Expediting and Inspection on sites
• Experience with project budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective leadership and team management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field, with relevant professional certifications and licenses
