Job description
? Preparing consumer insight report based on detailed primary research and
secondary research for helping management in strategic decision making
? Conceptualizing the consumer insight strategy and plan, managing all the core
insight tools and responsible for the relationships with external agencies and
vendors
? Ensure the timely conduct of various market research and market intelligence
studies for effective decision making including reports
? Ensure the conduct of product specific research in terms of market potential,
competitor activities, competitor pricing, competitor services etc and forward
the same to the respective product head
? Ensure timely preparation of quality research reports for effective decision
making
? Timely preparation and submission of various market research reports
(customer preferences, market / industry trends, pricing strategies) to the
senior management
? Conducting Annual Tracks- like Brand Track, Customer Caps, CSAT - for retails
customers and dealers
Minimum 6+ years in Research Management Role. Preferably minimum 2 years’
experience with a research agency.
