We are seeking a talented Sourcing Manager to join our team at Tesloye Consultancy Services. As a Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing sourcing strategies to attract and hire top talent for our clients. This is a full-time position based in Andheri, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sourcing, preferably in the real estate industry. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications And Skills - 1 to 3 years of experience in sourcing, preferably in the real estate industry
- Proven track record in successfully sourcing and hiring candidates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Customer-centric approach and a strong focus on providing a positive candidate experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
Roles And Responsibilities - Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent
- Utilize various sourcing channels, such as job portals, social media, and professional networks, to connect with potential candidates
- Screen and shortlist resumes based on the job requirements and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment process
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for future hiring needs
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sourcing and recruitment
