Job description
Jubilant Biosys is hiring for Executive rolein Project Management Department at Bangalore Location.
Designation: Executive / Senior Executive. Department: Project Management Location: Bnagalore Qualification: Should be a graduate preferably with an MBA or PGDBA with 2- 6 years of experience in Project Management in CRO Industry (If PMP certified-added advantage). Roles and Responsibilties: - New project initiation, code creation, map resources in PM tools.
- Project monitoring, tracking and coordination during project execution
- Overall coordination with various teams/dept./clients/vendors to execute the project smoothly
- Documentation and maintenance of project reports, trackers
- Monitor and track budgets in projects
- Procurement follow ups for time-bound projects
- Prepare Gantt Charts for all projects
- Monitor project attributes such as scope/time/resource change
- Track shipment logistics across projects and alert stake-holders
- Track occupancy data of Animal house facility
- MIS tracking on HR data, procurement data,
- Alert HOD on budget over-shoot, scope-change, cost over-run, etc
- Develop project tools for process efficiency
- Prepare project closure documentations and close projects in tools
- Preparation of the monthly revenue status, (PO, FTE, procurements & services) based on FTE charges and project materials consumed
- Monthly FTE utilization and projections
- Scheduling and organizing the client calls and MOMs
- Regular client communications, project updates, new implementations, queries, concerns to answer.
- Managing various client secured networks, applications to transfer the information
- Organizing the client visits, agenda and logistics.
- Coordination and documentation for all the internal & external Audits
- Preparation of desired protocols/SOP's for PM process improvements
- Inventory updates on non-billable common reagents
- Monitor Time-sheet or FTE-hrs utilization & compliances to SOP.
