Must Haves Experience - 4 - 7 Year business analysis Must be aware of terminologies direct flight, No Show, Go Show, EMD, MCO Any 1 GDS is manadte (global distribution system - example sabre/AMADEUS/WORLD SPAN/GALILEO ETC) global distribution system Description Business Analyst with Airline /Aviation Domain. Basic knowledge on Airline Travel (PNR, Ticket, EMD, Remarks, PNR Fields – Phone, Name, Itinerary etc.) Hands on experience in any one of the GDS and should be able to demonstrate the knowledge during the interview. Data analysis / Big data knowledge – Not as a developer, atleast as a tester. (Require to-run queries in DB with combining of multiple databases & Joins) Should have a hands-on experience in Micro services, API. (Required to understand the mapping between data and xml) Should have production support and employee travel experience. Should have knowledge in Jira, Confluence & Agile tools Should be good in SAFe Agile (They do not have now, but future they will move towards Safe Agile) PO certification is a plus. Should be comfortable with flexible working hours. Required overlapping between Australia, UK & USA. Resource should poses excellent communication skill. Resource should be able to participate in GDS discussions (All those GDS jargons should be known and have to suggest the process improvements) Self-learner and Self-starter.
