Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our products and increase brand awareness.
Provide thought leadership at the intersection of music and social media for expanding the company brand online, creatively and uniquely
Conduct market research to identify target customer segments, understand market trends, and analyze competitor activities.
Assist in developing marketing campaigns and promotional activities, including online and offline channels.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
Assist in creating marketing collaterals such as brochures, presentations, and product documentation.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide reports and insights to the marketing team.
Assist in managing social media platforms and online presence, including content creation and engagement strategies.
Support the planning and execution of trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising and SEO to make sure the correct mediums are being used and campaigns are effective.
Delegate assignments to members of the graphics and advertising departments, as needed.
Liaise with Product development and sales departments to stay updated on new products and features.
Respond to comments of customer queries and engage with the online community in a timely manner.
Desired Skills & Experience
Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in a product-based company
Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter)
A thorough understanding of contemporary trends in consumerism
Excellent research and writing skills, particularly as these apply to marketing.
Strong content writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Excellent grammar and English writing skills are a must
Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques
Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving marketing goals.
Excellent computer skills, including MS Excel, web analytics and Google Adwords
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
The candidate will be required to visit the retail stores
4-5 years of proven work experience as a Marketing Associate, Marketing Assistant or similar role
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a relevant field
