Job description
Roles and Responsibility:. Review daily funds position and advise management on the funds planning. Selection of Banks. Evaluate the products offered by bank w.r.to loans, overdraft facilities and work out best option to company. Execute Guarantee Agreement. Provide MIS to holdings. Review treasury operations to ensure the defined controls are in place regularly. Auto bank reconciliations.. Comply with RBI guidelines and FEMA regulations. Micro management of funds to yield better interest KPI:. Effective utilisation of bank balance. Selection partner banks which help in organization growth. Compliance of RBI and FEMA and other banking regulations. Payment settlements as per TAT and submit MIS to banks and group treasury. Strong SOP's in place for treasury process and keep it up to date for better execution and defined controls are met from time to timeQualifications:Post Gratudate in Accounts / MBA Finance or Graduate & Specialised course in treasury managementExperience:5-7 yrs
