Job description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and results-driven

Channel Sales Manager

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and managing our channel partnerships, driving revenue growth, and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and recruit potential channel partners, including dealers and value-added resellers (VARs). Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new channel partners. Develop and implement effective channel sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets specific to the audio industry Collaborate with internal sales teams to align channel sales activities with overall company objectives. Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure they are well-equipped to represent and sell our products/services. Develop and deliver sales and product training programs for channel partners. Analyze sales data and key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of channel sales initiatives. Implement corrective actions as needed to optimize channel partner performance. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Utilize market insights to identify new opportunities for channel expansion. Lead negotiations with potential and existing channel partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements. Ensure that contracts and agreements are in compliance with company policies and standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in Channel Sales Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience in Audio/ Video Industry is must Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software is a plus Problem-solving mindset with the ability to proactively address challenges. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role is a plus. Strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
