Job description
We are seeking a skilled HR Head to lead our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, managing HR operations, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
- Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
- Develop and implement performance management systems to enhance employee productivity and engagement.
- Administer employee compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
- Provide HR support and guidance to management and employees.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
