Job description
Job Summary Head – Credit Risk is expected to manage the Team functions
- Lead the team of credit risk analysts.
- Overview of CRAR Computation of the Bank,
- Apprise the management of the Credit Risk parameters in the
Bank
- Convene Credit Risk Management Committee (CRMC)
meetings,
- Handling Internal, Statutory and RBI auditors,
- Monitoring of Credit Risk in the portfolio against set limits and
Management Reporting.
- Carryout industry analysis
Detailed
Responsibilities - Complete oversight of Basel calculations using Standardized
Approaches for Credit Risk as per the norms, providing support to
statutory auditors and RBI Inspectors and timely submission of
regulatory returns
- Analysis of CRAR, RWA, Industry Exposure and Risk-related
trends.
- Credit Portfolio - Monitoring credit portfolio on various parameters
by client segments, rating distributions, transition matrix, sensitive
sectors, NPA Movement, Restructure accounts, Industry Analysis,
Top Individual and Group Exposures etc.
- Manage all the pre and post CRMC and RMC work of PAN Bank
portfolio inputs, notes to Board of Directors, Presentations, and
Minutes of Meetings.
- Automation of Exposure computation and Credit Risk weightage
computation processes
- Resolution of audit observations
- Annual review of Credit Risk Policies
- Providing analytical review in CRMC meetings in terms of
Credit Risk impact
- Stress-Testing and ICAAP: Conducting various shocks on
different scenarios on a regular basis and presenting the results for
management review and discussion. Implementation of ICAAP
assessment including document preparation. Assessment of Pillar-
I and Pillar-II risks, mitigation measures/ controls. Assessment of
