Job Description for BDE
• Preparing short-term and long-term sales plans towards reaching the assigned goals
• Conversion of leads received through various marketing channels. Consistently achieve
revenue targets in line with team/organisational objectives
• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers and following
up on leads
• Researching and qualifying new leads into opportunities
• Understanding customer's needs and identifying sales opportunities
• Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information
• Keeping up with product and service information and updates
• Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
• Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services
• Staying informed about competing products and services
• Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with existing customers
• Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
• Customer Relationship Management
