Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance & Accounting Executive with expertise in US payroll, Projector PSA tool mastery, and a knack for financial management across US and India finance operations. This role is pivotal, blending payroll processing, project management, financial reporting, and vendor relations. Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable:
- Lead the accounts payable function, ensuring efficient invoice verification and payment processing for both US and India operations
Payroll and Reimbursement:
- Manage payroll processing for US and India employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Oversee employee reimbursement processes, aligning with company policies
General Accounting:
- Maintain and update general ledger accounts
- Perform account reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
Financial Reporting and MIS Preparation:
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports for internal management and external stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to local accounting standards and regulations
Project & Time Management:
For projects and time management we use a software named Projector PSA. Expectations as below:
- Utilize Projector PSA for project lifecycle management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting
- Align projects with business goals, manage resources
- Analyze, report on project performance
- Liaise between teams and stakeholders
- Implement and manage a timesheet tracking system, ensuring accurate and compliant employee hour logging
Contract Management and Vendor Relations:
- Manage and negotiate vendor agreements and contracts, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance
- Oversee vendor payments and maintain precise records
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
- Proven experience in finance and accounting roles, with a strong understanding of payroll, accounts payable, and general accounting practices with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and taxation for India and US
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Attention to detail and high ethical standards
Must-Haves Skills:
- Proven experience in US payroll processing and adherence to related compliances
- Hands-on experience with Projector PSA or equivalent project management tools
