Job description
Job Summary: We are looking for a L-3 Manager for the Network Operation Center(NOC). He will be part of a Core Network team. He is responsible for NOC uptime and improving the productivity of the team. And maintain highly available network architectures that meet business objectives and SLAs.
Key Responsibilities: Implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices. Monitoring application transport and network infrastructure protocols. Ability to create accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systems. Working on Network protocols like MPLS, IP & routing protocols like RIP, OSPF, BGP4, MP-BGP, EIGRP, ISIS. Managing technical operations: Day-to-day technical operation activities such as network migrations, design changes, infrastructure updates, and firmware updates. Monitoring and event management of technology systems within their scope. Communicating with technicians or other responsible parties to fix issues. Competencies: Configuration knowledge of Switch (VTP, ACCESS, TRUNK). Good knowledge of EPON/GPON & L-3/L-2 Network. Python knowledge and script writing experience. Working experience with Huawei/Mikrotik/Optilink Switch. Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources. A self-starter able to work independently but comfortable working in a team environment. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Dependable and flexible when necessary. Flexible to work in 24*7 shifts (Including night shifts). Weekly seculate uptime report of network. Experience & Qualification: 5+ years of relevant experience in Telecom industry. B.Tech or any technical degree with CCNP/CCIE. Hands-on experience network device and network analytics tools. Team Handling experience. Excellent communication skills.Job tags
