Job Overview We are seeking a Dispatch Executive to join our team at Buildout Retail Pvt Ltd. As a Dispatch Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the timely delivery of our products to customers. This includes overseeing the dispatch process, coordinating with internal teams and logistics partners, and ensuring that all deliveries are made in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate for this role is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has experience in handling dispatch operations.
Qualifications And Skills - 1-3 years of experience in dispatch operations or logistics
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in using dispatch management software
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations

Roles And Responsibilities - Coordinate and manage the dispatch process for all customer orders
- Ensure timely delivery of products to customers
- Communicate with internal teams to coordinate order processing and dispatch
- Track and monitor the status of all deliveries
- Resolve any delivery issues or delays in a timely manner
- Liaise with logistics partners to ensure smooth execution of delivery
- Maintain accurate records of dispatched orders
- Prepare and analyze dispatch reports
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure availability of products for dispatch
- Identify and implement process improvements for efficient dispatch operations
