Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Specialist. The Information Technology Specialist will be responsible for network administration, information technology, troubleshooting, network security, and customer service tasks.

Qualifications
  • Network Administration and Troubleshooting skills
  • Experience in Information Technology and Network Security
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Experience with software and hardware troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
  • Related certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft are preferred
