Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Woven Textile Production Manager. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day production operations, ensuring that quality standards are met, managing production schedules, and supervising staff. The Production Manager will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining best manufacturing practices, training staff, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of woven textile production processes and techniques
- Proven experience in managing production operations in a similar textile manufacturing environment
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement production plans and schedules
- Understanding of and ability to implement best manufacturing practices, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Degree in Textile Engineering or related field is preferred
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing practices is a plus
