Who are we looking for
A mid-senior level EUSS lead to manage a shared delivery of upto L2 support. The Individual should be a technology enthusiast, experienced stakeholder management with exposure to Remote Desktop Support on Virtual Desktops, Win 10 and O365 related environment, Identity & Access Management, Service Catalogue creation for zero touch request fulfillment and Identifying transformation potential across EUSS domains.
Technical Skills:
Good experience in providing technical support on various M365 features & concepts
Good experience/Knowledge providing support to modern end point environments (VDI/Cloud, etc)
Good troubleshooting skills in various versions of O365 at the user level as a first level resolution
Good troubleshooting and administration skills in MS Teams/OneDrive at the user level
Good troubleshooting on Windows 10 OS & the applications
Previous experience in supporting remote Desktop & O365 Infra support
Knowledge of Active Directory concepts preferred

Qualification:
At least 2-4 years of work experience in supporting Win 10 Remote desktop & O365
Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
Preferred certifications on the below
o Win 10 - MD-100
o O365 . MS-100 , MS -500
o ITIL
