Roles & Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements for software projects. Conduct thorough analysis and document functional and non-functional requirements. Analysis and Documentation: Analyze business processes, systems, and user needs. Document findings comprehensively and clearly for both business and development teams. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team. Ensure effective communication and understanding of project requirements throughout the development lifecycle. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization based on analysis and industry best practices. Provide recommendations for enhancing efficiency and effectiveness. Solution Design: Collaborate with development team to design comprehensive solutions aligned with business requirements and objectives. Quality Assurance: Assist QA Engineers in designing test plans and executing manual and automated test cases. Report and manage software defects, ensuring timely resolution. Project Management Support: Assist in project planning and tracking to ensure milestones are met. Help in delivering projects on time and within scope. Bug Tracking and Reporting: Use bug tracking tools to report and manage defects. Facilitate communication with development team for issue resolution. Test Environment Setup: Set up and configure test environments as required. Install and configure testing tools and frameworks for effective quality assurance. Skills Required: Project Management, Problem Solving, Business Analysis, Effective Communication, Strong Interest in Software Testing, Passion for Quality Assurance.
