Job description

Responsibilities:

Review of General Ledger and ensuring all costs are appropriately accounted to ensure accuracy of monthly MIS

reports.

Oversight of Accounts Payable team and function with responsibility to identify process gaps, bring in process

efficiency and develop a robust MIS for the same.

Develop and execute a documented process to ensure newly acquired subsidiaries are properly integrated into

finance framework.

Ensure systems and processes are evaluated periodically to avoid any tax leakages and ensure compliance with GST

and other relevant statutory requirements.

Preparation of SOPs for various processes within the domain.

Groom a high performing team of 3 to 4 resources and develop succession and career planning within the team.

Evaluate existing processes & systems and make recommendations for automation where possible.

Custodian to implement internal controls and responsible to carry out statutory and internal audit in assigned areas.

Be an active part of the IndAS implementation team.

Oversight of basic Treasury functions and ensuring banking relationships are strongly held to ensure seamless

transaction processing.

Requirements:

Incumbent should have strong communication skills (Written and verbal) and should be able to handle various

internal business stakeholders independently.

A solution-oriented approach, deep understanding of the accounting concepts under varied GAAP, working

knowledge of MS office are a must.
