Digital Project Manager
We are looking for a qualified Digital Project Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various digital projects for fast-paced clients including site launches, online tools, web applications and advertising campaigns and routine updates to the website. For this position, you should be very methodical and have excellent time, client and team management skills. As a Digital Project Manager, you should also use your excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with client and internal teams. Ultimately, you should be able to manage and deliver our projects' digital lifecycle within quality, time and budget requirements. You will Provide end-to-end project management Scope project requirements, document requirements and collate estimates Develop a project plan, monitor progress and track the workload flowing into the team Proactively manage client expectations, prioritize and negotiate timelines and deliverables where necessary to meet key business objectives. Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met Supervise the development of support documentation including creative briefs, change requests and requirement specifications Communicate and collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues and seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects Reconciles estimates to actuals, identify and account for the variances in both SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Must have: Professional business English Experience with web development and CMS development project management Must be adaptable, self-motivated, solution oriented and able to work independently and able cope with pressure Excellent verbal English skills, and experience communicating with people at all levels of the organization Nice to have: Understanding of SEO, Google Analytics and Digital Marketing is an advantage ยท Any CMS certification is a big plus Benefits: Nice and friendly working environment.
