Job description
Overview of Job GroupM is looking for a senior compliance professional to be part of its internal audit and compliance function. You will be responsible to handle the different audits i.e. internal audits, client audits, SOX audits, etc. You will be responsible to implement the findings which arise from the audits. Reporting of the role This role reports to the Sr. Director- Management Review 3 best things about the job:

Measures of success - In three months: - In depth understanding of the group compliance requirement and understanding of key findings
- Contractual terms with third party
In six months: - Work on the remediation as per the audit report
- Independent contract negotiation with third parties specially for tax and commercial terms
In 12 months - Ensure complete understanding of the Profile and start taking decision
Responsibilities of the role: Risk & compliances: - Driving the Board & audit committee's agenda towards strengthening of controls through internal audits and internal financial controls evaluation.
- Responsible for driving the enterprise risk management
- Managing the whistle blower & internal investigations on code of ethical business conduct, anti-bribery / anti-corruption, financial leakages & harassment grievances.
- Responsible for forming corporate policies & governance structure for review of various accounts
- Assisting in identification of automation opportunities in the processes & supporting implementation of new processes.
- Automation of internal audit processes for optimum resource utilization & efficiency
Information Security: - Planning Information Security risk & governance roadmap for company.
- Responsible for forming corporate policies & governance structure
- Driving various functions to strengthen the information security environment of the company like Audits, Risk assessments, Contract reviews, Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing,
- Role based Access restrictions, data leakage prevention & other policies/approvals.
- Study & implementation of privacy Acts of Europe (GDPR) & Australia
- Management of consultancy firms – Evaluation, selection, monitoring and post-performance evaluation.
What you will need: - CA with minimum 6-10 years post qualification experience
- Experience in the area of audit and compliance department
- Excellent communication skill
- Team player
