JD – Technical Delivery Manager

About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of a critical software application project. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning and execution to launch and support. You will be a key member of the cross-functional team, working closely with developers, testers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities: Manage the entire software delivery lifecycle, including requirements gathering, planning, estimation, scheduling, execution, risk management, and quality assurance. Partner with stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into clear technical requirements. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against these measures. Lead and motivate a cross-functional team of developers, testers, and other technical resources. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders. Proactively identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure high-quality deliverables through effective testing and quality assurance processes. Manage project budget and resources effectively. Track and report on project performance metrics. Identify and document lessons learned for future projects. Stay up-to-date on the latest software development methodologies and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Delivery Manager or similar role. Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Development Area (e.g Web - angular, react, Python or Mobile app related ) Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects on time and within budget. Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
