Job Description:
Being a Recruitment Consultant involves acting as an intermediary between employers looking to recruit staff and candidates seeking a career or job change. Whilst the overall objective of a consultant is to meet the needs of both the client and the candidate by ensuring the best mutual fit, there is a lot more to the job
Roles and responsibilities:
• Developing long term relationships with clients by building an understanding of their structure, culture, hiring needs and preferences
•Retrieving the job descriptions, requirements and qualifications for the vacancies from the hiring managers
• Designing and running recruitment campaigns including the creation of advertisements
•Sourcing candidates using a variety of search methods and screening as per client's needs.
• Managing the recruitment process in full from registering a vacancy to the arrival of the successful recruit.
•Performing reference and background checks when necessary
•Handling administrative duties and record keeping of all the recruitment processes and updates
Requirements and qualifications:
•3+ years' recruitment experience with hands-on experience in Handling clients, sourcing CVs, screening candidates, building candidate pool and handling End to End Recruitment Process.
•Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
•Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Word, Database management, and Internet search
•Exceptional communication, interpersonal, decision-making skills, negotiation skills, organizational and time management skills
•Creative, Problem solving ability, demonstrated ability to handle pressure
•Passion about HR and Talent Acquisition methods
