HCL Technologies Ltd Location: Bengaluru, Noida Position: Data Analytics Leader (Senior Profile) Job Description: HCL Technologies is seeking a seasoned Data Analytics Leader to spearhead our Analytics track within. The ideal candidate will bring over 20 years of experience and expertise in transforming analytics approaches for large enterprises, driving innovation, and leading teams towards excellence. Key Responsibilities: Transformation Leadership: Lead the transformation of analytics approaches for large enterprises, transitioning from existing tools to cutting-edge technologies. Drive innovation and thought leadership in analytics methodologies, processes, and technologies. Strategic Planning: Interact with business stakeholders to understand requirements and create a comprehensive analytics roadmap for HCL's future needs spanning 10 to 15 years. Develop strategies to align analytics initiatives with organizational goals and objectives. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a large team of 100+ professionals in the analytics space, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team. Industry Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of industry best practices in data governance, data privacy, and data cleaning. Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the analytics landscape and incorporate them into HCL's practices. Qualifications: Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale analytics transformations in enterprise settings. Exceptional strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to envision and execute long-term analytics initiatives. Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in leading and developing high-performing teams. In-depth knowledge of industry-standard analytics tools, technologies, and methodologies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively interact with business leaders and drive alignment with organizational objectives.
