Job description
Position Overview:
As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and
user experiences for software. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers,
product managers, and business analysts, to understand user requirements and translate them into stunning and
user-friendly designs.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of user centered design (UCD) principles and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
**User Research:
• Conduct user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of construction industry
professionals.
• Analyse and incorporate user feedback into the design process.
**UI/UX Design:
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
• Develop user flows and ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.
• Design visually appealing interfaces that align with our brand and usability standards.
**Collaboration:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure design
feasibility and implementation.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
**Usability Testing:
• Conduct usability testing to identify areas for improvement and validate design decisions.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback and testing results.
**Design System:
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system for consistent and scalable UI/UX.
