Position: Showroom Sales Managers

Job Type: Full-time

Locations: Mayapuri Delhi

Experience: 2-3 years

Responsibilities:

- Attend Daily visitors and Showcase them all the product availability in the store.

- Liaison with the Architects, Interior designer, Builders and Clients for upcoming Marble Requirements.

- Understand customer needs and help them find the right Product/ items to meet those needs.

- Preparation Quotation for the selected marble for the client and follow up till closure.

- Maintain regular follow up with the marketing Team.

- Oversee daily sales operations of our retail showroom and ensure exceptional service to all customers.

- Develop strategies to attract, retain and satisfy customers, thereby driving showroom sales.

- Handle customer queries, issues, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.

- Coordinate with the Inventory Manager and other staff to ensure proper inventory levels and product displays.

- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.

- Stay current with the latest trends in the marble industry to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

- Generate sales reports and provide feedback to senior management.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the marble / Furniture/Paint /Elevation retail industry.

- Proven track record of successful sales management.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong customer service and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in using retail management software.

- Ability to manage, guide, and inspire a sales team.

- Comprehensive understanding of the Marble market, customer needs, and industry.
