Hindi Communication with Sales Exp. can also considerable

Experienced in tele sales or insurance MandatoryInternational BPO background people are also ok, but please shortlist them considering all pros and cons (Last drawn Max 25k)

Raw data will be provided by the company marketing team to generate lead.

Minimum HSC Required

Need 6 linguistic callers. Telugu & Tamil. 3 for each language

Age between 20 yrs - 30 yrs only

Candidate to be from Central & Harbour location

Salary

For Freshers: Upto 20K

Experienced Candidates

v Insurance sales background: Upto 40K

v Non Insurance sales background: Upto 25K-30K /

Hike over previous package depending on interview.

Atleast 1year stability in previous jobs & should have not changed too many jobs in the last 3 years for any reasons

Attractive incentive structure

There should not be any gap between education and career if it is not for valid reason (3-4 months)
