Job Summary:
The Purchase Officer is responsible for managing the procurement process for materials and services essential for the plant's operations. This role involves strategic sourcing, vendor management, and negotiation to ensure the availability of high-quality materials at optimal costs. The Purchase Officer will play a pivotal role in assisting in setting up the procurement function for a new plant, contributing to the overall success of the manufacturing process.

Cost Negotiation and Reduction
Quality Assurance
Documentation and Compliance
Familiarity with procurement software and tools.
Knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects of procurement.
Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.
Good understating of local (Hyderabad) market.
Proven experience in procurement and strategic sourcing, preferably in a manufacturing setting (Plant and Site).
