Job description
- Adhere to IHCL SOPs and multiple property specific brand standards as per latest guidelines.
- Work in Tandem to ensure all Renovation and Hotel routine Capex is approved and executed as per Schedule.
- Ensuring preventative/predictive maintenance programs for all the properties /equipment is in place and adhered to .
- Hotel Upkeep – Guest rooms/Public areas /BOH PM, any recurring complaints to be noted and making of action plan
Ensuring all Equipment's are running and well maintained with Zero breakdown Hours. This is an essential KPI
- Ensuring all required parts and supplies inventory are in place, advising CEs .
- Depending upon requirements round of Hotel with Hotel CE for understanding issues /major building issues /FLS issues and need to share MOM with VP Engineering.
- VP Engineering /Area Director /Hotel GM can advise for any more or fewer number of rounds depending upon requirement.
- ensuring all Gaps are getting addressed.
- Inspect and ensure Hotel maintains elevators, hotel shuttle/Buggies /Travellators and all required PM is in place.
- Knowledge of OSHA procedures/HACCP/Hygiene and ensuring all are trained in all Hotels.
- Maintain and test all life safety systems – May be any random Smoke detector /Fire Pump room Status.
- Must be responsible for safety of guests, fellow employees, and hotel assets. Alert Hotel CE if any abnormal observation.
- Must be MSDS trained and inspects all Chemicals /PPE are in place and used as per stipulated SOPS .
- Any safety Incident need to be closed properly with Security and ensuring Non-occurrence of Any Incident. Any negligence is Unacceptable.
- Any Equipment Incident /Safety Incident to be closely monitored by Area CE .
Minimum Requirement-
- BE /B.Tech – Electrical /Mechanical
- Minimum 15 plus years of Experience, 5 years in Corporate role or Area Role overseeing Engineering, EHS responsibilities , Essential requirement - Environment/ESG .
