About the Company: SEBI Registered Category-I Merchant Banker offering a comprehensive platform of financial services, providing Investment Banking, Financial Advisory, and raising Debt Capital services for institutions, corporates, Promoters, and high net worth clients.
Location: Mumbai, BKC
Mode of work: Work from office
Job Profile: Preparation of Financial Projections, Corporate Presentation, proposal notes,Co-ordination with lender etc.
Job Eligibility:
- Experience in preparation of Financial Projections, Company Presentations, Bank proposal, Co ordination with bank etc.
- Experience in handling syndication/ sanction of loans of value more than INR 15 crores for corporates/NBFC/Real estate.
- Candidate with experience in handling Stressed assets transaction/One time settlement (OTS)/)/Restructuring, /Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) case or worked under Insolvency Practitioner (IP) can also be considered.
- Working in finance department of companies having borrowings of over Rs.300 crores.
- Excellent command over Excel and Power point.
Skills Required:
- Handled a small team of credit analyst.
- Candidate who has done projections, documentations and execution.
- Good Communication skills (written & spoken).
Qualification:
Qualified CA/MBA/CFA or Semi CAs.
CTC Range:
Upto 7 LPA depending upon the experiences.
