As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding our relationships with key clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our remote developers. You'll be the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their technical needs, and ensuring that our offerings match their project requirements.

Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with key clients, serving as the primary liaison between clients and our remote development teams.
- Understand and assess clients' technical and project needs to ensure alignment with the services offered by Sourcebase.
- Work closely with recruitment and technical teams to ensure client requirements are accurately met with high-quality developer matches.
- Monitor project progress and developer performance, intervening as necessary to address any issues or changes in scope.
- Identify opportunities for account growth through additional services or upselling.
- Provide regular feedback to internal teams to help refine and improve our service offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a client-facing role within the IT or tech recruitment industry.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and the challenges of remote work.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM software and proficient in Microsoft Office or similar tools.
