Position Details:
Role: Back office Executive / Recruitment / Coordinator Location: Mumbai (Goregaon) Requisites: - Candidates should have MBA HR or equivalent professional background along with minimum 1 years of experience working in HR field. - Should have hands-on experience in Recruitment. - Should possess excellent verbal & written communication skills. - Should have knowledge of MS office tools. - Should be flexible for travelling within Mumbai. Responsibilities: - Responsible for end-to-end internal recruitment - Handling joining formalities and onboarding activities - Planning and organizing Employee engagement activities - Attendance management and preparation for monthly payroll - Tracking attendance in Orgzstack application - Handling employee grievances - Scheduling of various meetings, interviews, and induction with HR manager and the employee(s) - Coordination between the Management and the employees - Maintaining employee database on HRMS, and various HR reports on MS excel and Google Sheets - Assisting HR Manager. - Involvement in overall HR operations and activities *these are the basic job responsibilities and are not only limited to these only Interested candidates are requested to share their updated resumes on [HIDDEN TEXT]/9004383913Job tags
