Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our team at Vibrant Staffing Solutions Pvt Ltd. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This role requires a Junior candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience in the field of account management. The position is based in Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, India and is a Full-Time employment opportunity.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in account management or a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of financial accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
• Ability to lead and mentor a team
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Act as the main point of contact for key client accounts
• Understand client requirements and provide appropriate staffing solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Generate and present reports on account performance and progress
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions
• Contribute to the development of new business strategies
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service
