Description
2 years or more in core US accounting and tax.
looking for candidates who are flexible to work the night shift (i.e., 7 p.m. to 4.30 a.m.).
Experience with QuickBooks and Excel
Must have knowledge about W2, 1099, C2C AR, and AP US Payroll Experience
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.
Perform invoice and general ledger data entry.
Responsible for accounts payable and reconciliation
Support the company in optimising our financial transactions and systems.
Strengthen and grow relationships with vendors and suppliers through timely payment.
Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts payable process.
Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting.
Comply with federal, state, and local financial requirements.
