NVE’s Content Team is the newest extension of the agency’s services and capabilities. Working cross departmentally, the content team is a unique group of creatives, producers, and storytellers. Rooted deeply in experiential marketing, our foundation has molded us into experts at connecting brands with audiences. Experiences are made to be shared, and in a digital age, content is the medium to tell these stories in new ways. 

Summary of Position:

We are seeking the position of “Creative Director – Content.”

We’re seeking a forward-thinking Creative Director with the foresight to guide and expand our blossoming creative team with seasoned expertise. This individual thrives outside the confines of conventional categories and possesses a fervent enthusiasm for bringing to life diverse content projects, regardless of their scale. The Creative Director is responsible for owning the creative vision for our clients and leading the project concept from brief to delivery with minimal oversight. This means you’re the type of person who loves presenting your ideas, is comfortable in front of senior clients, fully understands production realities, leading client meetings, and directing internal teams to ensure motivated and exciting creative. Clear and decisive work is key both in regard to real time creative problem-solving and cultural relevance.

Summary of Position:

YOUR IMPACT IN THE ROLE:

• Architect and orchestrate comprehensive content strategies for National Campaigns, Branded Content, Experiential Extensions, Organic Social, Influencer Content, and High-Level Internal video, ensuring alignment with the broader brand vision and business goals.
• Uphold and enhance creative excellence across all projects, mentoring teams to ensure that creative output is not just maintained but continuously evolved.
• Foster an environment of innovation, leading the charge in crafting groundbreaking solutions and pioneering uncharted creative territories.
• Cultivate a dynamic and collaborative team culture, leading by example to inspire productive teamwork and idea-sharing sessions.
• Engage and captivate clients with compelling presentations, nurturing trust and enthusiasm for the agency's creative vision and direction.
• Take charge of high-profile projects, providing strategic leadership while also amplifying the contributions of others to shape a cohesive vision.
• Stay ahead of the curve by leading trend analysis and cultural insights, integrating this knowledge to keep the agency's work at the forefront of the industry.

Role Priorities:

• Visionary Leadership: Serve as the principal creative visionary, steering groundbreaking ideas across the agency's portfolio. This role demands an expert level of storytelling and conceptual thought leadership.
• Strategic Partnership: Engage with clients at a strategic level, forging creative partnerships that align with their long-term brand vision and business objectives.
• Creative Stewardship: Guide the creative process and maintain the highest standards of execution across all content, ensuring every piece from pitch to final delivery is cohesive and of exceptional quality.

Additional Job Responsibilities:

• Strategic Foresight: Anticipate market trends and client needs, proactively crafting innovative brand experiences and solutions.
• Creative Excellence: Drive the creation of disruptive, award-winning concepts that propel the agency to the forefront of the industry.
• Thought Leadership: Spearhead RFP responses and brainstorms, setting the creative direction and strategic approach.
• Compelling Narratives: Craft and deliver compelling, story-driven presentations that ignite client enthusiasm and commitment to collaborative ventures.
• High-Caliber Copywriting: Demonstrate masterful copywriting skills, delivering clear, persuasive, and flawless copy.
• Creative Interpretation: Translate client objectives into powerful creative campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

Qualifications:

• Extensive Industry Experience: Significant experience (10+ years preferred) in solving complex client challenges through superior creative strategies.
• Holistic Project Ownership: Demonstrated ability to oversee and drive creative projects from inception to completion autonomously.
• Multidisciplinary Expertise: Advanced skills in copywriting and a deep understanding of design principles, digital innovation, and social media trends.
• Digital Savant: A deep-seated passion for digital culture and the evolving landscape of interactive media.
• Storytelling Maestro: Exceptional ability to craft and present narratives that captivate clients and sell groundbreaking concepts.
• Proven Track Record: A robust portfolio showcasing work with leading-edge consumer brands and a history of achieving measurable impact.

Location:We are a hybrid company with hub locations in Los Angeles and New York City. We will consider remote candidates for this role.

Salary Estimation: 

This is an Exempt full-time role. NVE intends to provide a competitive total compensation package which includes a variety of incentives, benefits, growth and developmental opportunities. The anticipated salary range for this role is $130k-$150k. There are many factors to the presented salary range, including but not limited to - location, departmental budgets, certifications, and overall job-related qualifications.
