Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at SBI Pension Funds located in Mumbai, India. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as corporate onboarding, agent onboarding and corporate and retails customer sourcing for NPS, customer servicing,, training, building relationship with channel partners and providing appropriate solutions to the clients as per their need.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Proven track record in sales would be beneficial

Customer service skills

• Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights and marketing strategies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision
