Job Responsibilities Raising funds:
Timely and cost-effective fund raising, including the preparation of Credit Monitoring Arrangement data (CMA) and project reports.
Utilize banking products for working capital optimization and lower cost of capital, both for working capital and term loans.
Develop new banking relationships, secure borrowing limits, and enhance existing limits with current bankers.
Establish and cultivate new relationships with bankers, while strengthening existing relationships.
Engage in daily interaction with bankers for various banking activities. Maintain close coordination with internal and external legal teams for bank facility documentation.
Implement innovative non-recourse finance structures and cost reduction strategies, such as non-fund based facilities or inventive financial structures.
Job Responsibilities Fema/RBI Compliance
Ensure compliance with FEMA regulations for overseas investments.
Maintain compliance with banks, financial institutions, and rating agencies.
Collaborate with internal and external auditors for audit purposes.
Ensure compliance with EDPMS/IDPMS and GR waiver regulations.
Job Responsibilities Treasury Operation:
Provide support to team members in trade finance activities, including LC/BG openings.
Monitor daily fund availability and devise fund raising programs based on cash needs. Secure funds in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Manage foreign currency exposure and foreign currency payments.
Oversee treasury-related accounting activities for monthly and annual closings.
Interface with Credit Rating Agencies.
Manage interest rate risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.

Business Support
Issue and renew Bank Guarantees and corporate Guarantees in India and overseas.
Ensure smooth business operations through timely vendor payments and liaison with the Accounts Payable team.
Provide support for Vendor/Supplier financing facilities for vendors in need
Skills and Traits
Profound knowledge of Exports, Imports, and FEMA guidelines on ODI, with expertise in Trade Finance Products.
Proven experience in Treasury Functions, including Fund Management, Banking Relationships, and Trade Finance Products.
SAP knowledge and practical experience with the treasury module.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for presentations.
Effective team building and people management skills.
Strong communication skills.
Keen attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency in deliverables.
