Job description

As a Human Resources Specialist at Intergrow AMC, you will be a key player in overseeing various HR functions and contributing to the development and implementation of cutting-edge HR practices. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture while driving performance excellence, managing people practices, recruitment, onboarding, and executing other HR-related activities.

Responsibilities:

• Performance Excellence: Drive a culture of performance excellence through the implementation of robust performance management processes, goal-setting, and feedback mechanisms. Collaborate with departmental managers to identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities.

• People Practices: Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative HR practices, policies, and procedures aligned with Intergrow AMC s mission and values. Stay abreast of industry trends to ensure our HR strategies remain progressive and effective. Employee Relations and Culture: Serve as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing inquiries, and promoting a positive workplace culture. Actively contribute to initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and a sense of belonging.

• Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates. Design and execute effective onboarding programs to integrate new hires seamlessly into the organization.

Qualification:

MBA from Tier 1/Tier 2 institution Proven experience in human resources, demonstrating a solid understanding of HR best practices. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Passion for creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
