This position will be a partner with HR with employee life cycle management and Corporate Security

You should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users
Your goal will be to ensure that our IT operations run smoothly, efficiently, and securely
You will partner with the IT Infrastructure Manager and Director of Corporate Security to ensure IT operations maintain compliance
Responsibilities:
Manage our service desk and operations teams.
Respond to and resolve service desk requests promptly and efficiently.
Manage and enhance integration with Azure AD, OKTA and on-premises AD.
Manage and support Microsoft 365 environments.
Manage projects and define processes.
Monitor systems and respond immediately to security or usability concerns.
Maintain and improve security through regular auditing and administration of access controls.
Install, manage, and provide technical support for hardware and software configuration.
Respond to and resolve service desk requests promptly and efficiently.
Upgrade systems as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution.
Perform routine systems administration as needed.
Install and test computer-related equipment for Proof-of-Concepts.
Continuously improve technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies & procedures
Evaluate the performance of the department in meeting objectives, and determine where costs can be reduced, what can be improved and what should be changed.
What we need from you:
4 Years of experience in Information Technology Management
6 years of experience with a bachelor s degree related to Information Technology or an associate degree accompanied by relevant Microsoft Expert Certifications with an or 8 years of experience as a subject matter expert in the following:
Microsoft 365 Administration with Microsoft Azure, Intune, and conditional access policies.
Endpoint management.
Procurement.
Vendor management.
Scripting in PowerShell.
Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Be able to work with vendors or consultants to outsource special expertise.
Experience in human resources and employee development.
Relevant Microsoft Expert Certifications: Azure Solutions Architect Expert and or Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert
