Looking for

Service desk candidates in French. Should be fluent in French and English both.

Years of experience should be 3-5.

Location is Bangalore.

Brief Profile

Languages needed 1. French

2 to 5 years of experience in Service Desk, Level-1 Operations. Able to take ownership of team responsibilities when needed and making sure that the deadlines are met. Keen and ready to learn new concepts and design solutions for the toughest of problems. Can demonstrate ability to deliver excellent quality of work, self-learn and work under pressure.

Good Spoken and written French skill Very proficient in conversing in French. Ability to translate from French to English and vice versa Good customer service skills Good understanding of Service Desk operations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge on Incident Service Request Management Strong analytical skills Past experience working in 24X7 support models Quick learner, self-motivated, highly organized, dedicated and optimistic

Good Experience in L 1.5 or L2 Troubleshooting in O365, OUTLOOK, AD,VPN , Hardware and OS issues.
