To grow business in the assigned territory & increase the market share of all products across all categories.
Job Description:
Sales & Marketing / Business Development:
- Forecasting sales targets and executing them at a given time.
- Identifying prospective clients generating business from existing accounts and increasing sales growth.
- Carrying out regular feedback analysis competitor position market survey &formulated action plan.
Sales Promotion/ Branding:
- Organizing sales promotional programs & engaging in exhibitions for greater brand visibility.
- Conducting competitor analysis by constantly keeping abreast of market trends.
- Handling sales promotional activities for focused products while ensuring their availability timely distribution etc.
- Channel Sales (Dealers Network)
- Secondary Sales Support
- Market Analysis Potential clients survey.
- Targets Achievement.
Educational Qualification:
- Any Engineer MBA Marketingpreferred.
- 4 to 8 years of experience
- He should have the basic mechanical engineering knowledge.
- You should be aware of the trial process of various products such as files HSS drills and abrasives etc.
- He should have the attitude to handle routine technical complaints.
- No issues in handling operatorlevel people.
- Excellent analytical skills to decipher logical conclusions from the data like Sales Trends competition pricing etc.
